Im a freshman and I've never had any track & field, cross country, etc. experience. People say that I'm a good runner thouugh, but i know I wouldnt be as good as anyone on the team who has been doing cross country and winter track...So I was wondering what I could do to prepare?? like conditioning and stuff at home for the next month. (tryouts start February 22nd) I know that might not be a lot of time, but I need to do something to prepare.
Also since I have no experience, I want to know what it'll be like? Like in terms of practices, meets, uniforms, conditioning, difficulty...??
