If I jailbroke a second hand iPhone 3Gs, would I be able to pick what carrier I have? I'm only allowed a prepaid phone, but if I jailbroke a second hand(so there's not contract on it), would I be able to put in the SIM card from my Virgin Mobile phone into the iPhone? I'd text through a 3rd party app, but then I could make calls too. Is this possible? Would Virgin know? Good or bad idea? How should I do this?
