Hi All, I want to know if anyone can help to let me know more about this from both the business and technical side. I want to know how one can own the premium numbers, how to sell these numbers, how to connect with a service provider and if i have a class 4 switch ( I terminate voice services) is it possible to start this business? or i need class 5 switch? if anyone can help this will be great.
