ok, i have a preliminary trial coming up, and i was wondering if my husband who is the victim of the supposed simple assault can stand up and ask to have the no contact order lifted? its already been three weeks since we've been able to speak to each other and this is all really hard on our kids. i dont want their 4th of july ruined.
the no contact order is pre trial. it was set for my bond. my husband did not ask for it the judge put it on us, i was under the impression that the judge could be asked to lift it? i was just wondering if this could be done at the preliminary trial. im not a threat, i am not guilty of this.
