Pregnant, protected sex, condom broke ah?

if a girl has just finished her period and she is still bleeding the next day for a little while, and has protected sex, but the condom breaks and the *** goes into her, is their a high chance that she can fall pregnant. She was still bleeding a little in the morning but it stopped, then she has protected sex with her bf the condom break and *** goes into her, will she need the morning after pill.
She properly still had her period the day she had sex, it was bleeding a little bit still. She had a shower and a little after she started to bleed a tiny bit soo? should she get the morning after pill or is it like 1/200 chance she can get pregnant

And the comdom really did break

it is a possibility that she can get pregnant. there is a pill called the plan b pill its not the same as the "abortion" pill...but it has to be taken within the first 72 hours. Just go to the pharmacy and you can get it with out a prescription if you are over the age of 18.
