So they say you need to use your first morning urine because its more "concentrated", but I urinated several times a night and up into the early morning. This is something I've done since I was young so there's not medical issues (been confirmed by my physician). I got to bed around 10 or 11pm. I typically get up to urinate every 2-4 hours. It's usually around 1am then again around 3am and usually I can continue to hold it and stay in bed until my alarm at 6 or 7am goes off, but sometimes have to go again at 5am. Sometimes though, I only get up once to go in the middle of the night. Does it make a difference? Do I need to be testing at 3 or 5am or just wait and test after I've gotten up. I do normally have to urinate after I've woken up regardless of how long ago I've urinated, but often, it's not very much.
Any advise is greatly appreciated, thanks!!!
