Pregnancy Test One Negative, One Positive + Bad Spotting, 15 days after last period? ?

My last period ended on August 30th, 2009. I had protected sex, but the condom broke, we didn't realize. I am not on Birth Control or anything else. I took two pregnancy tests, One was negative, and one was positive. I took the tests today, and Im having very bad spotting, which is very abnormal for me, I usually have a period every 6 months, if that. It is very uncommon for me to have more then two periods in a year. I am going to go to the doctor, but does anyone have any other advice?
 
One positive test equals pregnant. If that's happy news for you congrats! The doctor will do an exam and ultrasound to make sure.

I spotted a lot in my first 3 months of pregnancy (about 25% of women do) but it's also possible that it's a miscarriage, probably not the case if you don't have clots and really bad cramps (some cramps are normal in pregnancy). Even if you do have clots and bad cramps miscarriage is not always the case.. If it is, than there's not much the doctor will do for you but confirm that. You still need to get to the doctor soon to rule out tubal pregnancy.
