Pregnancy test help!!?

Is it possible, if I got pregnant this month to already have a positive pregnancy test?? I just took a test and it came back positive. I am trying to figure out if i conceived this month or last and cannot remember my last cycle. If it was this month, would it show up already?? I know that my cycle normally runs between the 12-20, give or take....it recently appears to have gotten off cycle a bit but normally pretty regular lasting about 4 days. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
 
Odds are you conceived last month. It probably wouldn't show up yet if you conceived this month. Go to your doctor!!! That's the best way to know for sure!!!
