I have just about every possible pregnancy symptom that I've heard of for early pregnancy, frequent urination, lower back pain, slight cramping, headaches, nausea, smell sensitivity, irregular however not missed period ((My period in November was really messed up, First I had it on the 9th and it lasted for 3 1/2 days and it was really light (in color) and it wasn't as heavy as normal, and typically it lasts for a full week, Then it started again on the 24th and was extremely light and only lasted for 2 1/2 days)), I've had a slight fever, dizzy/lightheaded feeling, food cravings and aversions. I had unprotected sex on 10/31, 3 weeks later I had a blood pregnancy test done at the hospital and it came back negative, then a week later I did an at home test and it was also negative, If I'm not pregnant what else could be causing all these symptoms cause they keep getting worse? Or could the tests just have been too early for me to know? Is it true that some people it takes longer for a positive to come back?
