pregnancy!!!GREAT NEWS?

I found out today i AM pregnant again!!! So thanks to all of you!!!!!!!!!!!! the doctor says i must be VERY fertile in order to get pregnant that quick after a miscarriage!!! I am 6 weeks... Go for the 1st ultrasound the 29th!!!!!!!!!!!!
