pregnancy exercises.....?

Im 6 weeks pregnant and i would like to maintain an exercise schedule while pregnant to stay in shape and also make delivery easier on me. My doctor says that light cardio is fine. Does anybody have ideas as to what i can do to stay in shape? Besides swimming. I dont go to the beach alot except summertime becasue i live in the NYC area and work full time. I have a dog and i walk him but what else can i do. And can anybody suggest a good site to go and see a pregnancy meal plan that has a lot of variety. thank you!
