Prednisolone withdrawl from 6 day pack?

Greetings, I started the 6 day pack of methylprednisolone (4 mg per pill) starting at 6 pills the first day, 5 the second, etc. I am on the 4th day where I'm supposed to take 3, and I've taken just the first.

But, I want to stop taking this drug right now. With 2.5 days left will there be any issue? That's a total of 5 pills left. Thanks!

is there a particular reason you want to stop taking this? just what was the medrol actually rxed for to try and treat? this particular med is just used for sooo many different conditions. are you having any side effects from it? FB
 
It's important for you NOT to just stop taking this medication. If you're having serious side effects you need to talk to your doctor. I have had to take the dose paks for asthma and arthritis in the past and sometimes the first three days are rough with hunger, tummy ache, and the inability to sleep well. But by the last couple days most of the side effects subside and I'm feeling MUCH better. It's important to decrease this medication SLOWLY. It's potent stuff! Good luck!
