Pre Written Baby Shower Thank Yous?

I am giving out baby bottles filled with bath salts at my baby shower and i'm thinking about attaching pre written thank you cards to the bottles. I am worried that my guests will find that rude and be upset since i won't be able to mention the gift they purchased for me and the baby. Any thoughts? I don't want to offend my guests but i also see this as an easy (not to mention cheaper-no stamps) way to make sure everyone gets a thank you.
 
Tacky, tacky, tacky. If people care enough about you to take time out of their busy schedules and come to a baby shower (which ususally involves playing an obnoxious game or several) the least you can do is send them a handwritten, heartfelt three sentence thank you note.
