I have been looking for a supplement to help me go that extra mile (literally). I am looking for something affordable right now; I do not want to spend $60 and be disappointed. Any suggestions for anything under $30.
FYI: Anything I am able to pick up in a store is preferred.

thank you!

A little caffeine certainly won't hurt (provided you're not sensitive to it or have objections.) I like a quick shot of espresso- not too much liquid and I avoid the sugar.
My grappling coach suggested vitamin B-12 to me. He told me it will give me energy and keep me from getting sore. I tried it, and a year later, I'm still buying it! The great thing about the B-12 is that it is very affordable. A bottle from your local GNC/ Super Supplements will run around seven dollars. It comes in liquid form...you just put a dropper full under your tongue pre-workout. You can't o.d. on it and you know it's natural...so that's a plus.
I fight mma and grapple in tournaments, I use B-12 before hand, and rarely am I sore! Good luck!
