I live in Australia and is looking for a bank branch in Australia that has Pre-paid debit cards available for 13 year olds?
The bank that my parents use don't have pre-paid debit cards (westpac) but they sell Mastercard giftcards $15-$800 with the card being $4.95.
Is it better to get a pre paid debit card from another bank or should i just get the mastercard gift cards?
In my city i have bankwest ANZ and Westpac bank here.
How do i reoad a prepaid debit card if the bank isn't in my town?
