My son has been offered a retail job as an assistant manager. They are conducting a background check and we are wondering what types of things they are looking for. He has no criminal background, but did lose his driver's license for speeding tickets It has since been restored.. He also has one collection account on his credit report. He has made arrangements for repayment, but will these things hurt his chances? His former employers would all give him good references.Thanks!
