Pre-employment background check/ possible shoplift?

almost a year and a half ago i shoplifted from walmart, police were not involved, I got banned from walmart untill i was 18. and got a civil letter thing in mail asking me to pay 180 to walmart. i payed and never heard anything from anyone about it again. I am now 18. at the time i was underage. im undergoing a background check atm for employment. at a restaurant. Will this show up? is it even on my record at all if no police were involved? there was no court date. never went to a court. never heard anything except the 180 i payed off to walmart. any help?

Its not on your record. Don't try to get a job at Walmart, though.
