ive been having headaches and random nausea/dizziness lately. my blood pressure is high everytime i go to the doctors but she had me do a 24 hour urine catch and said it came out normal and i might just have high blood pressure because of stress/nervousness at doctors visits. how can i tell if i have it or if im just being paranoid???
