Pre Calculus Question?

I've been staring at this problem for 20 min now and I can't think of a way to do this last problem, if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Suppose you know (or have a way to calculate) the values of the cosine for inputs between 0 and pi/2. Is there a way to use this information to get the values of the cosine for inputs between pi/2 and 2pi? If not, use the description of the cosine in terms of lengths of arcs of a cirlcle to explain why not. If so, use the description of the cosine in terms of lengths or arcs of a circle to explain how. (No triangles allowed!)
