Pre calc: radians to normal fractions?

As usual, I have not paid any attention in pre calculus and my test is tomorrow. So I'm trying to learn all my material. In my book I noticed that you can express some radian angles in normal fractions, such as:
-(pi/3) = 1/2

Is there some sort of rule for this? Some sort of chart I can look at? Any help would be greatly appreciated (: Thanks!
