Yes. I have been taking these for the last 3 months. Previously I have tried everything (including tips posted here) but to no avail. I read about these in a mag and since I have been taking them I noticed a major improvement. I stopped taking them for 3 weeks and my spots came back full force!! Back on them now and any spots that do come up are very small.
