Help! I need to know how to get information from a direct connect number, or how to block them. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Wife is pregnant and she is getting calls at 4 in the morning from some....&$^$@@)(*!!$%^## guy. Is there anything I can do?

Shut the phone off when you go to bed.That all I know that can be done.They should make a feature built in to block DC numbers but they don't.

Call Customer Care and request the phone account to be set up so only people in your phonebook can DC you.
