PPV Self Serve

User for Bell TV PPV and find that using the IVR service is great.

For some reason my experience today was different than it used to be. I was told by the IVR that there was an HD equivalent after choosing an SD event and advised me the time and cost... great feature.

What are some of the things people like and dont like about the way the PPV IVR works? I remember last year when I tried ordering Boxing or UFC events it wouldnt work well, but now it seems easier than ever and always working :)

I would think the key word is "Voice".

Unless you have more success talking to your Remote than I do.....lol
 
lol. true now I feel like an idiot. Sounds like a good service, but wouldnt just ordering through your receiver be better, and easier?
 
Ordering via the Remote will ONLY get you the PPV on that receiver. Order via Internet or IVR gets it on all receivers on your account. With the exceptions noted in another thread.
