Ppl who spend a lot of time in a chat room..how much is too much?

Is like 12 hours a day considered excessive? Do you think that amount of time would interfere with a normal person's life? What about if those are the only ppl you enjoy talking to even tho you don't know any of them personally. Do you think it could have a negative affect on someone? And what if you have a gf from there too even tho she lives in a different country. Is it all just a antasy? Thanks
 
if you're not doing yr job well, then yes. if you have a job, then and you chat for 12 hrs, then what about your sleep and food, huh? but, if you're on vacation, with nothing else to do, then it's ok. me and my guy, we talk loads. over 12 hrs. but, that's only sometimes, 'cause he's outside, and cause we both don't have anything as worthwhile to do. but, if it's with other ppl who you dont know personally, then what's the point?
