The bank () would not award the loan unless I took P.P.I and as we all know by now it was not legal and we can reclaim etc.......Although I found it difficult and and one point could not keep up the payments as I came out of work I did pay it back at a slower rate and did eventually pay it back in full....this was a couple of years ago.
Its been on my mind to reclaim but obviously glad i'm shot of it all....will it be a simple matter and more of a question who is best or what is the best way to go about it, as there must be plenty of scams to fleece you of the money owed to you.......
And how much of the loan do you get back?

Also forgot to mention the Bank was Alliance and Leicester (one of the biggest miss-sellers) and as I took the loan out in 2000/1 is it not to late as it was over 6yrs (6yrs +1day rule)..?
