Hello. I have just tried to enter a photo to an online portfolio and was struck by major confusion.
This is what they want "Please note: Images should be jpegs and 72 dpi. Ideally portraits should be 600 pixels on the longest side and landscapes 750 pixels on the longest side."
So I go to image size in photoshop and make my portait's vertical height 600 pixels and all the other figures fall in place because I have it set to 'constrain proportions'. Okay cool. But there is NOTHING on image size about DPI only PPI. So I set it to 300 PPI, what the **** is that in DPI???
There's so many people saying different things on the internet, people saying ppi is the same as spi and that its also not
WTF
Please help me out here guys!
Thanks
