@youann64 & duckater:if you had read my post properly.. the word 'fiasco' (abject or utterly humiliating failure) was used in the context of bans initiated without sufficient proofs, or information faked to gain the upper hand in a personal feud.

@cabalo: for the record, i never pointed at albo. He is still enabled on a site i am involved with..and will continue as 'enabled' as long as he abides by the site rules.

Moving on..I don't support bans initiated without concrete evidence. On the contrary, I believe that everyone is innocent till proven guilty.

Hope i have been pretty clear this time around.

well..these days the guys who gets disabled, or 'globally' banned don't know a thing about their 'crimes'.Everyone else seems to know way more than the person the entire fiasco tends to be about..
Hence..my statement. ;)
 
I dont blame fst for anything, it is the people who complain about bans and then turns out they where cheaters etc that make me laugh tho as they come here protesting etc and end up looking a fool :)
 
He's so kewl he doesn't need to use his real nick here and hides under another, now THAT is uber-kewl....
 
I just read the transcripts today again and I noticed that I didn't handle it smoothly at all. I messed up when I lost my patience and told them to grow some balls and tell me the truth of why I was banned...I should have definitely approached them more intelligently

But anyway, they behaved like assholes as well.. They weren't giving my real proof and it was clear that there were other reasons behind my ban. Felosis told me himself that Serb and rbn were the ones to initiate my ban so that says it all

Buuuuut I think he was wrong if you in fact didn't trade, you should just speak to an admin on that site and try to figure out what happened.

When you're globally banned, i think that you should suspect the reason why you are banned. Don't you think ?
