power UNLOCK does not work on my 1999 Buick Regal. RKE works for locking but

will UNLOCK only the driver's doo? Only the driver's door will unlock with the RKE. The door buttons also will only unlock the driver's door, The passenger and rear doors have to be unlocked with the manual locks. It does not appear to be a RKE problem. Only a power "UNLOCK" problem.
