I have a 97 Buick Park Avenue. I have only had it for about 3 days, but it has been driving fine......except for it is a little hard starting sometimes. Just today I was driving, and came to a stop sign and the power steering went out, and then the car died. I put it in park turned the key off and then restarted it and it started up fine? Then I pulled into shell, and while I was turning it did the same thing at an intersection and i could barely turn, and I barely rolled into shell because the car died again. Would this be my Power steering pump? I don't know much about cars but some guidance would be very good.
