I've noticed that when I turn left sometimes when first starting my 1995 Toyota 4Runner, it's sometimes hard to turn the wheel to the left but then it's fine. It's almost like there is no power steering but then there is.
The power steering fluid level is fine and there are no leaks. I have heard a knocking sound on my left sometimes when taking a hard left.
Any ideas on what this could be?
