Power 90 in home Boot camp?

Hello, 21 years old I'm 5'11 210lbs, I lost 70lbs in a period of 2 years. Now I want to lose the remaining lbs that I have. My friend gave me this power 90, and I'm just wondering Do I have to take the supplements? or Can I just drink Skim, Milk, Lean Meats, and Veggies? Also how do I alternate the exercises, Sweat first, then Sculpt? I would like to know if I'm going to see results. Thank you for your concern
 
real talk man I will level with you... for every pound in your body you have to burn 3500 calories! Average intensive exercise meaning heart rate at 135 beats a min is about 600 if you are for example running about four or five miles. So, its all simply math.. burn more and eat less you loose weight. Eat fast food work out merely three times a week you gain weight. You are exactly my height I am 184 so you really aren't that bad so keep up the positive work. THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR HARD WORK!! Exercise twice a day if you want to achieve your goal or you can just sleep more and not achieve your goal...

Be well, burn a min of a thousand calories a day!! no exceptions
