postpartum back ache

i had a baby 10 months ago and get really bad back aches if i sit or stand for 15 minutes or more my back hurts and gets stiff i don't get head aches really but i did get and epidural and leaked. they didn't say any thing about leaking cerebral fluid. it was hard to tell if my head aches started at my spine sense i did have a lot of head aches at first because of my high blood pressure...i need some advice please
 
I would suggest seeing an ortho. An epidural doesn't cause the pain when standing or sitting. A back problem does though. I have arthritis and have pain when standing too long, sitting too long, or the weather is cold and damp.
