PLEASE answer? I had my second baby 3 months ago. I also have a 2.5 year old. When my baby was 6 weeks old we moved house. So it's been a really busy time, trying to look after 2 little ones and sort everything out in the new house as well. My husband works long hours and I don't have family near by so I don't get much help.
I totally love and adore both my children and they do make me happy but I've been feeling a bit low for a while and it seems to be getting worse. It's not a real unhappiness, just a nagging feeling in the background.
I'm also having problems sleeping. I feed my baby in the night then lie awake worrying about all the things I have to do for the new house, worrying I will forget to do them.
I'm quite irritable with my husband, but then I AM very tired.
I've also got no sex drive at all, but again, this could just be due to tiredness etc and breastfeeding.
I often feel lonely but even when I see people the feeling doesn't lift for long. I have quite a lot of friends and see other mums a few times a week.
So, people who have experience with this - do you think I have PND, or am I just over-tired and stressed out because I have two small children and a new house to sort out?
