Post Myelogram Back Pain

I am just so over my whole myelogram experience. As I posted in another thread, i had a blood patch for my spinal headache last Monday (one week ago). On my discharge instructions it said to use a heating bad for lower back discomfort. Well, I had no discomfort at all until today, and OUCH! Today was the first day I was back to myself and ran some erranRAB for a few hours with my husband and the kiRAB. After about 3 hours of being on my feet, my lower back started aching pretty bad. Normally, I do not have back pain, but sciatic pain that radiates down my leg.

Has anyone had lower back pain from their myelogram and then a bloodpatch? I am thinking two large needles going into my spine might have contributed to this.

No one else has experienced this? I just got back from my dr apt, and i guess the back pain is a result of the blood patch. He said it can last quite some time. Oh well, just add it to my list of pains..ha!
