Post Counts and Random Stuff (August 2010)

May 2010 Post Count: Cartoons (237 | 7.65)

Well, I think trying to get onto FF was a headache last month so the post count is understandable.

I wonder, should I put up the post counts for Noveraber when it comes out. Only because the site had been down for several days.
 
I'll make it a post that i post at least 20 post... I don't want to lose this board....

I'll think of an idea so we can attract others to post on our board :)
 
I didn't really post Feb. post counts because I thought we might do better next month but we pretty much did the same (or close to it). This is March's count:

(340 | 10.97)

Half of it was from the site acting funny the beginning of March. But I'm wondering if you guys have any suggestions on how to increase on the post counts? Any discussions/shows that we should bring out? Even if we're on the exempt list during post counts, it doesn't mean that we wouldn't be handed a warning ourselves (News board was almost shut down not too long ago).

Also on a side note, my adapter for my laptop isn't working. I still have access to the internet via' my folks' computer and the library so I'm not sure how much can I post here.

We did a great job! We made sure to average our 15 posts a day and it's all thanks to our fellow Cartooners here! Let's keep it up! :yay:
 
Yeah, we seem to be fluctuating a lot here. Semester this time around is hitting me pretty hard. Plus we don't have a whole lot of regulars so it's nice when we get visitors from the outside.
 
What is going on?! We've never had our post counts this low. Even though our board is exempt from closure, I don't want to give Jerry any reasons to shut the board down. :no:

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Sometimes, I feel like what I come up with doesn't seem to be working.
 
There's a reason why I didn't post April's counts and that's because of :ff: constantly going down that month. At least the nurabers wouldn't matter too much for last month and this month.

Except that if we don't get a post within 48 hours, then we get the admin knocking on our door. :goof:

But if there's anything you have in mind, suggest away. Or take a look at the thread list.

The board's not in trouble but I'd hate to see it dip on the minimum post count :) But that's just me of course
