Post acne

Anyone know what the best the best thing to use is for post acne? I had break outs for about 4 years consistantly all over my chest, back, and face and now ive finally stopped breaking out after taking accutane and other stupid stuff. but i have scars on my chest and back and red spots, that im really sick of i'm IN NEED of a cure for scars and red spots.. anyone got some suggestions?

Im almost into the point of looking into laser surgery, anyone have any clue how much this cost and what are the post effects of laser surgery? thx
 
There are a lot of things that help with scars and red marks: calendula, vitamin E, honey, cocoa butter, aloe vera, gotu kola, tamanu oil, camelia oil (silkia is a common brand), rosehip oil, topical use of echinacea and/or St. John's Wort, lavender, scar creams like Mederma, silicone scar sheeting, peptides, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, alpha and/or beta hydroxy creams. I'm sure I've left out a lot, but there are a lot of threaRAB here about acne scars, so you can search for those. There are also a lot of other pages where people post remedies for acne scars, so you might want to do a net search.

One of the better remedies I've found for red marks is to rub the juice from a cut potato onto the affected areas and leave it on for ten or fifteen minutes before washing your face.
