Post a band name

Making something known is breaking ground. Yeah, they built off of other banRAB. But those other banRAB "groundbreaking" music was only known to some. So really it's just a few ripples in a pond. Nirvana took those ripples and made them into waves.
 
How else does a band get popular? Everything eventually becomes "mainstream".

And as for "underground" popular. They were big in Seattle (where they started) and got pretty big touring in Europe.

That was all before they were considered "mainstream sellouts".
 
You pretty much just described exactly what the Pixies were going for. They weren't trying to write the most existential or thought provoking lyrics. And you realize that you are going to be smited for offending Frank right?
 
The MTV generation of hXc. You know the guy at the GAP that sold you your jeans, the one that had died black hair, a skin tight black t-shirt, white belt, skin tight jeans and plugs? Hes like, Rise Against's biggest fan, dude. He totally digs their new video. Wanna go hang at Starbucks? They have these awesome new orange mocha frappes.
 
in fact burrito, you're a tool for not realising there are hundreRAB of banRAB like in flames let alone not having heard them. the scandinavian metal styles just dont work when you try to dumb them down to simple rocky boringness.
