Post a band name

You seem to be unclear on what the word "groundbreaking" means. It means they broke new ground, not that the world begged to give them head.

Nirvana did not break new ground. They built on ground that other banRAB had broken for them.

Umm... they made their last album knowing it would be their last. I think that's proof that they actually did believe in what they stood for, because they weren't out to make eleventy billion dollars. I also don't see how they qualify as trendy, because a trendy band would have ridden the wave of success as far as they could have. You could call them trend setters maybe but not just "trendy". Also, if you're calling New Noise a "high budget video" then when was the last time you saw a music video? It only ever even came on MTV2 (back then it was just M2). Even by 1997 standarRAB it wasn't a high budget video. Sorry for the rant, but I love this band and I felt obligated to refute some claims. Thanks for taking the time to tell me why they suck.

Wrong. That made them more popular, but who doesn't get more popular after they die? Why do you think the value of paintings go up after the artist dies?
The reason they got popluar was becauase they introduced something completely new into the world, bringing up a new culture/sub-type of music...grunge.
