possibly switching from verizon to at&t, second try. please answer?

sorry to ask again!


i have been with verizon for years. i've always been really happy with them. i bought the mifi internet, i have the home phone, and me and my husband both have their wireless. in november, he joined the army, and before he left for training we went to verizon, he showed them his orders, and we got the military discount and everything all set up. here it is.... march.... and still no military discount. i've been calling every billing cycle about this. FINALLY someone just told me he had to do it. funny, because he already did i said. "oh, i do see that in your file! all he has to do now is sign online and register with his AKO account to get the discount". that's convenient, since he's in training. they don't exactly give you a laptop. and even if he did get it taken care of, they won't credit the account even though they are showing that it's their error. the guy ACTUALLY said that. they "can't do anything about it". i get great service, the phones aren't HORRIBLE.... though the auto text is apparently non existent on phones with a qwerty keyboard..... which is annoying, but my wireless bill is about 250 a month.... which is ridiculous. and our phones always go "over" our usage? he's obviously not using the internet on his phone, our texts are unlimited, and our minutes (700) never go over. that's wayyyy too much for what we're getting. is at&t any better??
 
I switched from verizon to at&t. My bill was getting out of hand and they would charge me randomly for things that I never did. My bill is $50 cheaper a month with the same features. Go for it!
