possibly a pinched nerve?

i have nurabness and tingling all down my right leg. There is a sharp outward pain from my tail bone. i had an mri and it showed a slightly bulged disc, they are sending me to get an emg next week. could this be a pinched nerve somewhere??
 
I'm not a doctor, but it sounRAB like Sciatica - have they mentioned that at all?

Really though, trying to guess and figure out what's wrong with yourself can make you crazy/paranoid. Try and be patient and see what the doctors come up with; in the mean time look after yourself well.

No they have not mentioned that. But your right...me trying to figure out whats wrong is making me go crazy and think the worst. so i'll just have my emg on monday and see what they say.

Your bulging disc is probably pressing on your sciatic nerve. Do you know what level the problem disc is at? I have sciatic pain as well in both legs and it is not fun! I feel it in my buttocks, groin area, down the legs, and into my feet and toes. I also get nurabness in my feet.
Let us know what they say Monday!
