Possible using Accutane?

I am a 30yo male and have been treated for Cystic acne on my back with Dorox, and 2 other antibiotics for a few months. I noticed significant improvements on my back. My face has a few pimples that I have been using a prescribed cream which to me looks like a waste. My derm suggested Accutane next. What do you think? Pros, Cons? Thanks
 
I was on Accutane for 7 monthes. I had moderate acne and my skin never looked better. I was so happy. I've been off of it about a year now and have very mild acne and some redness. The cons were serious though. My nose bled for at least 30 mins a day. As gross as it sounRAB it was like slugs of bloody mucus came out of my nose, it was scary at times. It really interfered with my job. Another thing was my hanRAB got so dry the tops of them were one giant scab had to get on more meRAB for that. But to have my acne lessened in the long run it was worth it.
