Possible to terminate my Toyota Rav4 lease?

Based upon the recent recall and suspension of sales of the Toyota Rav4, do you think it is possible for me to terminate my lease that I signed in July 2009? The grounds of termination being breach of implied warranty, more specifically the recall has shaken my faith that the car will preform safely, even if Toyota attempts to correct the problem?
