Possible to have a Lemonade type Business Online?

Hi i was thinking about starting a free lance tpe business were i would only be charging 50$ per person so sort of like a kid having a lemonade stand business just a little bit higher in price. i was wondering if i still have to do the whole taxes and legalizing a name for it and everything
