I've recently become a HUGE fan of fresh pasta (made myself - 3/4 cups flour+1 egg) - but I can't really eat it at work since all we have is a microwave and fridge. Is there anyway to "cook" fresh pasta noodles in the microwave (possibly by adding water to a dish and cooking it for some amount of time)...does anyone have any suggestions.
Alternatively, could I make excess fresh pasta, cook it home then refrigerate it and reheat at work? If so how?
