Possible strained wrist, you tell me?

Hey everybody, my wrist is in mild pain when I move it around. I got into a tiny little scuffle with someone a few days ago, I cannot remember exactly how long ago, but could my wrist be strained?
I'm wondering because I want to know if this will affect me for long term.
