Possible outage? Lower case gprs only

About 4:25 pm Mountain time T-Mobile went on 'Code Magneta' . To my understanding that means EVERYONE has to be working the phones regardless of rank. Wait time for customer service went up to 40 minutes. Here in New Mexico no calls could be made or received and all data except for SMS was down. Oddly enough while all this was going on I was still in uppercase EDGE. It was like this for until 5:15 Mountain Time and now all seems to be working fine.....Definately odd.
 
It's seemingly over in Jersey. I had a lower case 'uma'as well as a lower case "edge" until approx 45 minutes ago. Now all upper case.

Side note: I sent test emails to my accounts 7 minutes ago and still haven't gotten it.

The email data may be backed up.
 
From chicago here..also lost connection(gprs) for about 45 mins that I observed..back up now..funny, news radio early evening mentioned that TMo reported that anyone with EDGE data temp lost connection and that TMo was working to restore service.~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~
 
~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~I'm back on EDGE.=) I got it back like, four hours ago. One of my friends sent me a message and she was freaking out. She didn't know what was going on with her BB. lol.
