Hey i was wondering what would be some possible engine swaps i could do for my 3100 chevy malibu??? The reason being that i really cant find many engine mods for the car.
There's no such thing as a Pontiac 3.4...it's actually a Chevy motor...the 3.4 and 3.1 are part of the same family so that swap wouldn't be hard.
A 3.8 swap would be really complicated.
It's not a performance vehicle, I mean, you could swap in the 3.5 from a G6 and that family of cars to get some more power but at the end of the day it's a Malibu, it's not a performance car.
