Do you like me think this is more of a welfare issue rather than an educational one and should be addressed as such? Comments and suggestions for and against. Thks in advance!
The abusers used Home Education as a cover for the abuse and went undetected for those unfamiliar with this. Education should not be questioned if welfare is the primary concern, or do you think both are affected in some cases? Why question everyone home educating in the same way?
