Possible allergic reaction in 8 year old

My eight year old daughter has serious diarrhea after eating chocolate and fruit. She also has a recent rash on her anus and vagina area. She complains constantly about it stinging when she urinates. Recently at school she ate peaches and strawberries. We have been to her pediatrician and she stated no signs of bladder infection. Now that I'm at home thinking about it are these signs of allergic reaction to fruit? Should I seek an allergy specialist? She is so afraid of shots and doesn't want to go. Is it possible to treat at home?" I also have allergies to fruit and cannot eat chocolate in the morning. My symptoms are more in the throat and mouth but I do have diarrhea also.
 
It very well could be food allergies. The best thing to do is to avoid those things. I know fruit is very healthy but if she is allergic, she'll have to get those vitamins another way. Does the same thing happen when she eats cooked fruit? Or just raw?

Also, the symptoms you have with your mouth and fruit indicate OAS - Oral Allergy Syndrome. You both should probably see an allergist. Doing that does not require you take shots.
