Possibility of me going to jail?

Last night I took my mothers car and i have a suspended license , i got pulled over and the Sheriff towed her car. Ive previously been arrested for weed but my charges were dropped. Basically , today my mothers boyfriend came over (the car is in his name) and he told me he's reporting it as stolen. And he did.

Is the possibility of me going to jail very likely?
 
A good defense attorney wouldn't let the stolen car part fly. Your mom's boyfriend essentially allowed your mother to use the car, and it's questionable as to whether one can report a car stolen after the fact like that. He might have grounds for a civil suit against you and/or your mom, and I would be concerned about the driving under a suspended license part. If you're lucky you'll just get a hefty fine and get your license revoked.
 
You will go to court and probably be on probation. if you werent on that already. If you were then yes you will go to jail. Why is he being so hard on you? Why didnt u just ask ur mom to take u somewhere or ride w a friend? The judge will definatly drill you and you better have some positive outlook for your future.... just hang in there. You need to get all this settled, i take it you dont get a long w mom's boyfriend? Dont give him the satisfaction of punishing you. Get everything right. Take care of past negatives and start fresh. Work on your future and dont be overshadowed by your past, you will have to go to court. he will decide after you plead case what he should do w you, be ready.
